Philmont Crew Leader Training

Crew Leader training is offered at Hamman Scout Camp during Mini-Philmont Weekends. The training is designed for youth crew leaders and their adult advisors. The course covers training and preparation, crew leader’s role, the advisor’s role, what to do in camp and on the trail, what gear to take, and day one at PSR. Crew leader training is normally held on Saturday afternoon of the Mini-Philmont weekend.
