* All reservation request made less than 2 weeks in advance will require additional approvals. Please make reservations in advance and consider the "lead-time" to process the reservation. Thank You.
· Reservations will not be accepted more than (12) months in advance for any district or council activity or event.
· Requests may be made by person, by phone, or by mail. Alternate dates must be included in requests made by mail since first choice may not be available.
· All reservations must be confirmed at 30 days prior to date by the unit, district or council committee. (By doing so, cancellations will help other units desiring facilities use. Please RSVP)
· Reservations on the phone recorder prior to opening on the dates posted are not accepted.
· Camp Strake Cub World reservations will be taken starting on the first Thursday of the month 3 months prior to date.
