The W. L. Davis district serves the following school district:
Last year, W. L. Davis served more than 1802 youth with the help of 350 volunteers.
Each year the district hosts
1. District Camporee
2. District Cuboree
3. District First Aid Meet
Each spring, the W.L. Davis District hosts the Annual Law Day Merit Badge Fair at Texas Southern University's Law Center. Many other troops from all over the Council participate.
