Trainer Development Seminar

Deadline for registration is the Wednesday prior to the course.

The Sam Houston Area Council has introduced a revised format to train trainers on preparing people to learn at the Trainer Development Seminar. Each of the six seminars held thus far has seen resounding success in preparing trainers to train.

Designed to help Scouters understand the EDGE training model and gain confidence through hands-on training experiences.

Participants should include those individuals that will be delivering training to adults and youth leaders in all parts of the Scouting program – council trainers, district trainers, pack trainers, commissioner trainers, and roundtable staff.

Trainer Development Seminar is designed for any Scouter who trains others.
