The Sam Houston Area Council continues its tradition of providing this reception free of charge for the incoming Eagle Scout Class of 2011-12 and their guests, which will be underwritten with generous sponsorships by many Eagle Scout Charter Members and Patrons.

Scoutmasters are invited to attend as the guest of a 2011-12 Eagle Scout from your unit. The Eagle Scout may also invite two additional guests. This event is free of charge to the new Eagle Scout and his three guests. Tickets for additional Eagle Scout guests will be available for $30 each.

Attire: Appropriate attire for 2011-12 Eagle Scouts is Class A uniform. Scoutmasters and Parent-Scouters may wear Class A or business casual.

Refreshments Served:  Appetizers, Tea and Lemonade will be served at a reception between 5:30 and 7:00. This not a banquet and the formal program will be in stadium-style seating.
