Shooting Merit Badge Fulfillment Class is an opportunity for Scouts who have a partial merit badge in rifle or shotgun to complete the badge. Scouts typically receive a partial merit badge because they did not meet the minimum shooting score requirement, or did not clean a firearm. The Scout must bring documentation indicating the requirements already completed (e.g., blue card or documentation from the unit advancement or Scoutmaster).
